Professor Dr. Kemal Gözler

Kemal Gözler (born March 31, 1966 in Biga) is a Turkish jurist and professor of constitutional law at Uludağ University in Bursa since 2007.

After graduating from high school in 1983, Gözler began his law studies at Ankara University and completed them in 1987, earning his doctorate from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Ankara University in 1990. In 1992 followed the DEA en droit public at the University of Bordeaux I and in 1995 the Doctorat en droit public on Le pouvoir de révision constitutionnelle at the University Montesquieu Bordeaux IV.

Between the years 1997 and 2004, Gözler worked first as an assistant professor and later as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at Uludağ University. In 2004, he followed the call to Koç University in Istanbul and has again been working as a professor at Uludağ University since 2007.
